one to many relationship mysql confusion

a sales can have many buyers, does the table look like this? if I insert a record of salesId in sales table, does the salesId of buyers table will have the same record?

 sales   =====   saleId (primary key)     buyers   ======   buyerId   buyerName   salesId (f key)
